EQUI compress uses optimal pressure and efficient compression, starting at the horse’s hoof, to stimulate the circulatory system and accelerate metabolism.
The Problem
: Unlike humans, who have well-developed calf muscles, horses have only tendinous extensions extending upward from the hoof.
The advantage: rapid acceleration during flight behavior—the disadvantage: the lack of a muscle pump slows the return of metabolic waste products toward the heart. This transport occurs via the lymphatic system, which runs parallel to the circulatory system.
Near the heart, the lymph then drains into the veins. If the lymphatic system is not fully functional, proteins, for example, cannot be removed, and tissue hardening develops. Our sport horses are primarily kept in stalls.
The result: natural metabolism is impaired. Prolonged standing therefore promotes disease and leads to injuries. The horse recovers more slowly, and structures such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons are more susceptible to injury.
The Solution This

What’s Included:
Two stockings and two compression gaiters for your horse’s front legs, as well as a wash and storage bag.
Sizes: The Equi compress Set is available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. To find the right size, please use the measurement instructions and size chart.
Care Instructions: Machine washable at a maximum of 30 °C in the included wash bag. Not suitable for the dryer. The Velcro fasteners on the gaiters must be securely fastened before washing to prevent damage to the fabric.
