The Horseware Micklem® 2 Competition Bridle combines exceptional innovation with performance and offers the anatomical comfort your horse needs from its bridle! The Micklem® bridle features a unique design and a redesigned headpiece that reduces pressure around your horse’s sensitive neck and ears to alleviate discomfort and minimize tension. It is crafted from eco-friendly, vegetable-tanned leather that is soft and supple and has a very luxurious look.

Micklem reduces pressure at 5 points

on the neck and ears
at the jaw joint
on the sensitive nerve at the front of the face / on the cheek
on the protruding molars and the sensitive tissue inside the mouth
on the sensitive tip of the nasal bone

The clever design also protects the inside of the mouth and eliminates numbness in the lower facial area caused by unnecessary pressure on the nerves. The noseband also minimizes any discomfort or restricted breathing that can result from a low-fitting Hanoverian noseband.
