The “Balance” stirrups are made of high-quality aluminum, providing a sturdy yet lightweight material that can withstand heavy loads. The stirrup features a wide footplate to ensure a secure grip, even when jumping.
The curved design of the stirrup makes it easier for the rider to slip out of the stirrup quickly should a fall occur .
The arch of the stirrup is positioned slightly further forward than on standard stirrups. This makes it slightly easier for the foot to tilt backward while riding. As a result, the rider’s foot slips forward less, the weight remains in the rear, and in the event of a fall, the foot is much less likely to get caught in the stirrup.
In addition, the oval-shaped side arch provides increased resistance to twisting of the stirrup. This ensures the stirrup remains in the correct position even if the rider’s foot should slip out.
