Tex Waterproof Wash-in, 300 ml
Rapide’s Tex Waterproof Wash-in is a waterproofing treatment that restores the stain-resistant and waterproof properties of your high-tech, sports, and equestrian clothing using the “wash-in” method. These specific properties of breathable, waterproof clothing are preserved even after machine washing! Effectively waterproofs ski wear, riding jackets, horse blankets, fleece, Gore-Tex, softshell and hardshell fabrics, etc. Always follow the clothing manufacturer’s washing instructions!
Instructions for Machine Washing: First, wash the garment with Rapide’s Techwash at 30°C or 40°C. Shake the bottle well before use and make sure the garment has been rinsed thoroughly. Remove any soap residue from the rinse compartment and add 100 ml of Tex-Waterproof (2 capfuls) to the main wash compartment per garment. The garment can be spun briefly at a low speed and dried in the dryer at a low temperature. This activates the water-repellent effect (follow the care label instructions). Then let it air dry.
Instructions for Hand Washing: Shake the bottle well. Pour 100 ml into the sink for one garment and submerge the garment evenly. After half an hour, rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. For drying, see “Machine Wash.” The surfactants in this product meet the criteria for biodegradability.
Tip: Fasten one sleeve or pant leg to the other to prevent the inside from turning outward. Close zippers and Velcro fasteners during treatment. Avoid contact with eyes.
In case of eye contact, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the package. Keep out of reach of children.
