Hoof Synbiotin

Frey

FREY HOOF SYNBIOTIN, with its active formula consisting of biotin, special amino acids, and zinc, as well as vitamins A and D, is specifically designed to promote hoof health. It helps horses develop strong, healthy hoof horn and prevents deficiency symptoms that can lead to hoof problems. Ideal for horses with brittle or soft hooves, very sensitive horses, barefoot horses experiencing heavy wear, and in general cases of poor hoof growth. FREY HOOF SYNBIOTIN also provides valuable support following hoof ulcers or hoof injuries.

Hoof Synbiotin can positively support hoof horn regeneration through

  • Methionine and cystine: A high concentration of these sulfur-containing amino acids, in combination with biotin, can increase horn growth compared to untreated horses.
  • Zinc: This trace element affects the skin and skin-related organs (which include the hooves).
  • Vitamin A is formed from beta-carotene, which is found in green plants. During the winter when horses are stabled, a normal hay/oat diet often provides an insufficient supply of beta-carotene and, consequently, vitamin A.

Hoof Synbiotin is a combination of biologically high-quality active ingredients that meets the horse’s needs and contains all the essential elements for healthy and regular hoof growth. Regular supplementation with Hoof Synbiotin guarantees excellent hoof quality thanks to the optimal synergistic effect of biotin, DL-methionine (a sulfur-containing amino acid), and zinc. In addition, horn regeneration is supported by special calcium salts, primarily organic trace elements, a vitamin blend, and a concentrate of selected marine algae.

Frey Hoof Synbiotin is a dietary supplement for horses characterized by a balanced composition of various active ingredients that influence the skin and skin organs (= hooves). The synergistic effect of biotin, sulfur-containing amino acids, zinc, vitamin A, special calcium salts, and selected marine algae helps achieve maximum benefits for hoof horn and skin quality. With a long-term administration of 20 grams of Frey Hoof Synbiotin per animal per day, the scientifically recommended amount of 20 mg of biotin for a horse weighing 500–600 kg is optimally maintained.
