Advantages of the “EASY CONTROL” BIT:
  • More effective control thanks to the lever effect acting only in the direction of pull—while the outer parts of the bit remain flexible laterally
  • More effective, mouth-friendly aids
  • Easier and faster communication between horse and rider
  • Optimal control even with minimal rein pressure, ideal for horses that push against the hand
  • “EASY CONTROL” bridles have proven very effective in show jumping, as riders often face the challenge of getting horses to pull back before the jump
  • When using bits that are too sharp, horses often become too cautious and fail to build up enough speed; this negative effect does not occur with “EASY CONTROL” bridles.
  • “EASY CONTROL” bridles provide strong influence on the horse via bar action when needed; however, as soon as the horse accepts the rein aids, the bit feels soft and comfortable on the tongue and mouth.
  • This unique feature of the “EASY CONTROL” snaffle bit is also helpful when training young horses. Trainers also refer to a “self-learning effect,” because many horses naturally pull back on their own as soon as the bar action takes effect.
  • Unfortunately, the problem of some horses pushing against the rider’s hand too strongly occurs very frequently—not just in show jumping. There have already been very positive experiences with the “EASY CONTROL” snaffle bit in pony sports as well. Young riders can control even strong, unruly ponies with much less effort.
  • The “EASY CONTROL” bit allows the rider to exert more precise control over the horse with less rein pressure.
