Advantages of the SWEET copper connector:
  • Better acceptance
  • Pleasant taste
  • Stimulates saliva production, promoting eating
  • The solid copper alloy (90% copper, 7% iron + aluminum, nickel-free) is highly durable.
  • Your horse feels comfortable with SWEET Copper.

Advantages of the shank bit:
  • The long shanks (known as “chokes”) of the bit amplify the external pressure on the horse’s mouth, making it easier for the horse to respond to the outside rein.
  • The cheek bit has only a slight leverage effect, but this can be increased by using additional bars—which secure the upper cheeks to the bridle.
  • The curb bit is particularly well-suited for training young horses and for lunge work.

Advantages of the double-jointed cheek bit:
  • No uncomfortable pressure on the palate
  • Even and mouth-friendly distribution of rein pressure across the tongue and lower jaw
  • Better acceptance
  • No “nutcracker” effect
  • Facilitates communication between horse and rider

Stübben STEELtec quality:
  • No sharp edges that could injure the horse’s mouth
  • Long-lasting durability thanks to carefully selected materials
  • Special manufacturing techniques minimize wear on the ring holes and joint connections of the bits
