Easy Control D-Ring Bit, Double-Jointed

Stübben

Thick bridle
14 mm
Advantages of the “EASY CONTROL” D-ring bridle:
  • More effective control through leverage acting only in the direction of pull—while allowing for lateral flexibility of the outer bit parts.
  • More effective, mouth-friendly aids
  • Easier and faster communication between horse and rider
  • Optimal control even with minimal rein pressure, ideal for horses that pull against the hand
  • “EASY CONTROL” D-ring bridles have proven very effective in show jumping, where it’s often difficult to get horses to slow down before a jump.
  • When using bits that are too sharp, horses often become too cautious and fail to build up enough speed. This negative effect does not occur with the “EASY CONTROL” D-ring snaffle.
  • “EASY CONTROL” D-ring bridles exert a strong influence on the horse via the bar effect when needed. However, as soon as the horse accepts the rein aids, the bit feels soft and comfortable on the tongue and jaw.
  • This unique feature of the “EASY CONTROL” D-ring snaffle is also helpful when training young horses. Trainers also refer to a “self-learning effect,” as many horses rein themselves in as soon as the bar pressure takes effect.
  • Unfortunately, the problem of some horses pushing too hard against the rider’s hand occurs very frequently—and not just in show jumping. There have already been very positive experiences with the “EASY CONTROL” D-ring snaffle in pony sports. Young riders can control even strong, unruly ponies with much less effort.
  • The “EASY CONTROL” bit allows the rider to exert more precise influence on their horse with less rein pressure.

Stübben STEELtec quality:
  • No sharp edges that could injure the horse’s mouth
  • Long-lasting durability thanks to carefully selected materials
  • Special manufacturing techniques minimize wear on the ring holes and joint connections of the bits
