GARDEN MENU No. 2 for Dogs
- Carrot
- Potato
- Parsnip
- Apple
- Watercress
PAWS&PATCH’s Garden Menu No. 3 was developed in collaboration with animal nutrition experts and is an ideal side dish for homemade meals, BARF diets, or a light diet. The meal can also be used as a supplement to dry or wet food. In addition to select dried vegetables and fruits, the blend also contains herbs and “superfoods.”
The meal is naturally rich in fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins, nutrients, and trace elements. All ingredients are finely chopped. Thanks to its ideal blend, the meal is highly palatable to dogs.
Very economical—one package is equivalent to approximately 2 kg of freshly prepared vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
VEGETABLES
The carrot and parsnip flakes, as well as the potato cubes, used in this product come from European farms. Parsnips are rich in vitamins and fiber and are considered a “white power root.” Potatoes are naturally rich in healthy carbohydrates, digestible proteins, and fiber. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, vitamin A, pectin, and minerals. The gently steam-cooked carrot flakes and potato cubes are a gluten-free, energy-rich vegetable side dish that dogs find very palatable.
FRUIT
The apple is one of the most popular types of fruit in Europe. Apples contain many vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals (polyphenols). The phytochemicals that apples use to protect themselves from insects and fungal infections are antioxidants that are important for supporting cell health. Apples are particularly rich in vitamin C, biotin, vitamin K, and vitamin A. Biotin, for example, supports normal metabolism and is essential for healthy fur and claws.
HERBS & SUPERFOODS
Watercress (Nasturtium) likely originated in Europe, North Africa, and Southwest Asia. It is also known as brook cress and belongs to the cruciferous family (Brassicaceae). Watercress is rich in vitamins C, A, K, and B2. It also contains iodine, iron, and calcium, as well as mustard oils. The mustard oils give it a slightly pungent flavor. Watercress supports normal gastrointestinal function and the immune system. It also provides nutritional support for the muscles.
ORIGIN AND PROCESSING
Many vegetable products for pets available on the market are imported from Asia and often processed with sugar. Only vegetables, fruits, and herbs from European farms are used in the production of the PAWS&PATCH Garden Menu No. 3. Processing also takes place entirely in Europe. The vegetables and fruits are peeled, cut into small pieces, and pre-cooked (this preparation reduces the soaking time when preparing the meal at home). For pets with sensitive stomachs, the mixture can also be pureed after soaking.
100% NATURAL
All individual ingredients are derived from fresh, natural vegetables, fruits, and herbs. They are free from artificial flavors, additives, and added sugar. Thanks to the drying and processing, they have a long shelf life and are easy to use. The multi-step production process ensures that important nutrients and the natural flavor are preserved.
