3-ring snaffle KK Ultra SENSOGAN, 18mm, double broken

3-ring snaffle KK Ultra SENSOGAN, 18mm, double broken
Can also be buckled in different ways and is particularly versatile. Is also suitable for more sensitive horses as it is somewhat "softer" than model 40607. The leverage effect on the neck sets in later due to the upper offset rings. When used in eventing, it is preferred to ride with the leather strap (Art. 42111), which is also available. This limits the pressure on the neck and also exerts pressure on the lower jaw.

Double-break bits in which the olive-shaped middle piece - compared to conventional bits - is shortened and inclined forward at an angle of 45°. Only at this angle does the middle piece lie particularly gently on the tongue. These bits therefore allow a trusting contact and very fine rein action.
The innovative KK ULTRA bits use the tongue's sense of touch, which is as sensitive in horses as it is in humans.
The tongue is a highly sensitive sensory organ and intensifies the reception of the signals that arrive in the horse's mouth through the rider's rein aids. When the reins are pulled in, the middle piece of the KK ULTRA bits lies snugly on the tongue without squeezing and without exerting pressure on the palate and the mouth. The connecting rings to the middle piece roll over the tongue. Due to the new position of the middle piece and the lateral parts of the bit, the tactile sensation of the tongue is addressed more strongly. The rider's rein aids reach the horse's mouth more precisely and sensitively. The KK ULTRA bits provide an incomparably sensitive contact between rider and horse. When changing to a KK ULTRA bit, an immediate improvement in contact is usually noticeable. The anatomically adapted mouthpiece is particularly pleasant for the horse and promotes suppleness, as the rider can act more sensitively.

Bow Balance Stirrups stainless steel anthracite

Bow Balance Stirrups stainless steel anthracite
The BOW BALANCE stirrup combines several aspects that make for good and safe riding.
By changing the weight ratio compared to previously available stirrups, the BOW BALANCE is - as the name implies - optimally balanced. The special
balance and the curved shape in the upper part of the stirrup make it even easier to hold on to the horse.
An extra wide and therefore comfortable tread surface is equipped with two different rubber hardnesses, which provide more grip and have a damping effect.
The proven System 4 joint can support the release of the foot during a fall. Significantly improved flexibility relieves the rider's hip, knee, ankle and calf joints.
Due to the lateral elastics, the step width is slightly smaller.

The advantages of the Sprenger Bow Balance stirrups

- curved shape for perfect position
- System 4 joint for comfort and best possible safety
- high strength
- inserts with two different rubber hardnesses for better grip
- protection of joints and ligaments
- extra wide tread surface for optimum balance

D snaffle Max Control, 16mm, double broken

D snaffle Max Control, 16mm, double broken
As the name suggests, the Sprenger "Max-Control" bit provides the greatest possible control and is primarily used as a corrective or training bit. The double-broken mouthpiece nestles against the contour of the tongue when the bit is held calmly in the mouth. If the reins are accepted and there is an increased pull on the reins, the bit locks at a certain angle, which makes the double bit act like a bar. In this way, horses that tend to push against the reins learn that this increased pressure is unpleasant for them, because as soon as they give way, the double bit lies comfortably in the mouth as usual. The large D-rings also ensure that the bit lies more calmly in the mouth. Another advantage of a D-ring bit is the fact that the rings provide increased lateral containment and can therefore support horses that have not yet fully accepted the lateral containment aids.

D-Ring Dynamic RS Sensogan, 14 mm, double broken

D-Ring Dynamic RS Sensogan, 14 mm, double broken
They are a further development of the KK ULTRA bits, whose centre piece or joint is inclined forward by 45° in the middle and thus uses the sensitive sense of touch of the tongue.

Due to the ergonomic shape, the rein aids reach the horse's mouth in a more targeted manner. The pressure exerted by the reins is distributed over the entire tongue, which acts like a cushion in the horse's mouth.
The mouthpiece fits optimally into the contour of the tongue and mouth, the influence is precise and effective. When used correctly, Dynamic RS bits promote a trusting contact - even with sensitive horses.
  • ergonomic shape ensures even distribution of pressure on the tongue, middle section is inclined forward by 45°
  • lies anatomically correct between tongue and palatal arch, allows effective aids to be given
  • ideal for sensitive horses or horses with a fleshy tongue
  • direct transfer of rein aid to tongue and lower jaw due to fixed side piece
  • calm position in the horse's mouth, gentle on the mouth angle
  • lateral limitation supports when riding turns, especially with horses that tend to break out over the shoulder

Dynamic RS SENSOGAN multi-ring snaffle, 16mm, single broken 16mm

Dynamic RS SENSOGAN multi-ring snaffle, 16mm, single broken 16mm
The special feature of these bits is the three different buckling options, which allow individual use depending on the intended purpose and level of training.

Buckling options:

1. If the snaffle is buckled as shown, the effect of a normal water snaffle is achieved.
2. With this type of buckle, additional gentle pressure can be applied to the neck when the reins are pulled.
3. With this type of buckling, gentle pressure is applied to the tongue and lower jaw.

The single-break version of the successful double-break Dynamic RS bits. The ergonomically shaped mouthpiece enables a quick and targeted action on the tongue compared to conventional single-break bits. The pressure is evenly distributed on both halves of the tongue. Helpful for horses that are very mouth-active, can be distracted by the middle piece of the double-break bits and therefore do not pay sufficient attention to the signals of the double-break bits.

Dynamic RS SENSOGAN tommy snaffle, 16mm, double broken

Dynamic RS SENSOGAN tommy snaffle, 16mm, double broken
The bit lies particularly quietly in the mouth because the legs prevent the bit from slipping through the mouth and avoid unpleasant pressure on the cheek teeth. The mouthpiece acts optimally on the central point of the tongue, the rein aids are implemented optimally. The fine olive (middle piece) can act centrally on the tongue. The reining aids reach the horse precisely. The bit promotes the horse's confidence in the rider's hand and increases safety. In addition, the rider's lateral rein aids are positively supported, the horse stays on the rein and has additional support when turning. The upper part of the bars is bent outwards and points away from the horse's head to prevent unwanted pressure in this area.

Dynamic RS bits are suitable for horses with leaning problems. Due to the ergonomic shape of the mouthpiece, they fit very well in the mouth. The pressure of the reins is evenly distributed to the tongue and tongue edges and optimal chewing is promoted.
As with the KK ULTRA and TURNADO bits, the centre pieces of the Dynamic RS bits are inclined forward by 45° and enable soft and effective aids to be given.
The Dynamic RS bit series provides soft but effective impulses for better communication between rider and horse.

fairRider spurs - aluminium, 20mm neck black thick rounded

fairRider spurs - aluminium, 20mm neck black thick rounded
The new fairRider spurs from Sprenger offer a sensible alternative to conventional spurs for working with leg-sensitive horses. They are a useful aid for horses that occasionally overreact to punctual pressure or even become unruly (e.g. by striking the tail or kicking at the spurs). Compared to the normal spur, the fairRider spurs do not have a spike, but a stirrup which is rounded in all dimensions. This creates a wider contact surface, which ensures a more extensive distribution of pressure. Tests have shown that sensitive horses find this influence more pleasant, are more satisfied and accept the aids better. In addition, the smooth, wide surface is gentle on the coat at the same time, as there is less friction at specific points. All advantages at a glance:
  • ideal for getting horses used to spurs
  • gentle on skin and coat due to larger, smooth and rounded contact surface
  • for thigh-sensitive horses (e.g. tail or after-spur beating)
  • for sensitising horses that do not react well to conventional spurs
  • reduces the distance between thigh and horse's belly
  • light and comfortable to wear

KK Ultra snaffle bit, 16mm, double broken

KK Ultra snaffle bit, 16mm, double broken
HS Sprenger KK Ultra snaffle reins
This double-broken snaffle bit from Sprenger convinces with its ergonomic shape, because the joint is inclined forward by 45°, so that the pressure is optimally and above all evenly distributed on the tongue. The special feature of a bridle is the perlon cord (also available in the shop) which is threaded through the side of the bit and to whose lower ring the rein is attached, whereas the other end is buckled into the noseband as a cheek piece replacement. The purpose of this system is to tilt and lift the bit when the rein is accepted and should therefore only be used with fine aids. Pull-on snaffles are particularly suitable for horses that are very strong or for very sensitive horses, as the rider gains maximum control through (if desired) the double rein. The arrow, typical for Sprenger, visible on one side, indicates the correct buckling of the bit, which is why the arrowhead should always point forward on the left side of the horse.
