Bells with magnet THERAPEUTIC BELL, black
Bells with magnet THERAPEUTIC BELL, black
MAGNETOTHERAPEUTIC BELLS FOR HORSES The therapeutic bells are equipped with 5 neodymium magnets each, which bring a Gaussian force of 2600. This can support the natural blood circulation of the hoof and limbs and thus positively counteract diseases such as laminitis, navicular problems, etc. EFFECTS OF REFLEXZONE MASSAGE:
By using reflexology, through magnetic stimulation of the reflex points (ting) on certain meridians of the horse (the same ones used in acupuncture), moderate balancing effects are achieved. All the effects of reflexology are published on our website www.zandona. net. LOCAL EFFECTS OF MAGNETOTHERAPY:
Unlike anti-inflammatory drugs, which produce a vasoconstrictive effect (and therefore slow down blood and lymph circulation with a consequent slowing down of cellular processes), magnetic therapy can have a positive effect on pain and swelling, avoiding the undesirable side effects of drugs and, on the contrary, enhancing regenerative processes:

THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT BOOT AIR magnetic boots, front
THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT BOOT AIR magnetic boots, front
The stable and transport boots "THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT BOOT AIR" are equipped with 18 magnets that can improve cellular functions and provide natural therapeutic support for the hoof and coffin bone, as well as a reflex zone massage for the whole horse. They are two products in one because in addition to therapeutic use in the stable, the gaiter can also be used for transport. The ligaments and tendon apparatus are optimally protected and supported. This can reduce swelling after work and during transport. The gaiters are made entirely in Italy and come with a replaceable, climbed insert made of COOLMAX® material (a special fibre that directs moisture towards the outer surface of the fabric and therefore keeps the skin dry). On the outer surface, at the level of the coffin bone-crown bone, there is protection to reduce wear caused by friction. The elastic bandages with Velcro fastening are calibrated to optimise tendon support and ensure comfort and a good fit. EFFECTS OF REFLEXOLOGY:

Preliminary remark: An inflammatory process reduces the blood circulation and therefore the oxygenation of the cells; this weakens the whole organism and leads to cell acidosis and therefore to changes in the pH value. In turn, the pH of the organism influences all anti-inflammatory processes, the gut flora, etc. The gaiter "Therapeutic Support Boot" can therefore induce the following:

ThermoBoot - Standard, black
ThermoBoot - Standard, black
THERMOBOOT is a special, relaxing gaiter from the Zandona Therapeutic line, specially developed for the comfortable application of cold/heat therapies directly on the horse's tendons and joints.
The THERMOBOOT is made of neoprene with an aluminium thermal coating on the inside to provide better insulation and prolong the cold/heat effect. It is also equipped with a 3D mesh lining that protects the horse's skin from burns and optimises the transfer of cold/heat. The unique shape of the THERMOBOOT has been designed to ensure stability and comfort during use and to promote optimal contact with tendons and joints. The strong fastening system ensures a perfect fit on the leg and the "Easy-Pull" tab facilitates and speeds up the safe removal of the boot.
Regular use of the THERMOBOOT for a short time (20-30 minutes) after intensive sport can help prevent minor injuries and/or trauma to ligaments, tendons and joints and reduce localised swelling, heat and pain. The THERMOBOOT can be worn on both the front and back legs.
Contains two special gel packs (one for each gaiter).
COLD THERAPY: Cold therapy can be used as a daily treatment for your horse. Intensive exercise can cause microtrauma to capillaries, tendons and ligaments. The subsequent hyperaemia can persist and promote inflammation. Cold therapy causes vasoconstriction, reduces proteolytic enzyme activity, reduces the influx of inflammatory mediators and toxins and provides pain relief to restore blood flow after exercise. The sooner the temperature of the tendons can be lowered after training, the better.
THERMOBOOT can also help in the treatment of haematomas, sprains, injuries, strains, ligaments and tendon damage in horses. For severe injuries where there has been overstretching of the fetlock joint, ice therapy is required and you can apply THERMOBOOT in 20-30 minute sessions 4 or more times a day. The early stages of injuries are critical, so the sooner they can be applied, the better. In such severe cases, the continued use of cold therapy together with a controlled exercise programme is crucial for recovery and speeds up the rehabilitation process.
NOTE: ALWAYS USE COLD THERAPY IN CONJUNCTION WITH VETERINARY ADVICE. IF MORE SEVERE CASES OF SYMPTOMS PERSIST, CONSULT YOUR VET IMMEDIATELY.
HEAT THERAPY: Heat therapy is ideal for promoting blood circulation to a specific area of the body, removing inflammatory residue, promoting the flow of nutrients and therefore healing. Heat can also be useful before exercise and for horses suffering from arthritis. The application of heat can increase the elasticity of soft tissues, flexibility and suppleness of muscles during exercise. Heat also acts as a temporary analgesic and relieves pain. Heat should be gradually incorporated into your horse's recovery programme after an injury. Too much heat too soon can lead to haemorrhaging. For swelling, do not apply heat until there has been no swelling for 24 hours. Alternate between heat and cold therapy by gradually increasing the duration of heat application and decreasing the application of cold therapy per session to allow for the transition to heat therapy only.
Washing instructions: Remove the gel packs, close the Velcro fasteners and wash the THERMOBOOT in a wash bag at 30°. Clean the gel packs with warm water and mild soap.
