Force Multivitamin, 20kg bag

Force Multivitamin, 20kg bag
The mineral feed without grain
marstall Force is a premium mineral feed with concentrated levels of minerals, vitamins and trace elements. The extra-small pellets are very tasty, contain valuable brewer's yeast and no grain. Force provides leisure and sport horses with important minerals that are often missing in normal hay-cereal rations. marstall Force is a particularly high-quality mineral feed for all horses, regardless of age, breed and performance or field of use. Due to its wide Ca:P ratio, our Force is ideally suited for balancing pure hay-grain rations, but can also be combined with other marstall feed types. marstall Force contains all important minerals, vitamins and trace elements such as selenium, copper or zinc. marstall Force is grain-free and therefore suitable for all horses with grain intolerances or metabolic problems such as EMS or Cushing.
Composition: Grass, high temperature dried (25.00 %), apple pomace, dried (20.00 %), sodium chloride (15.00 %), calcium carbonate (12.00 %), monocalcium phosphate (8.00 %), magnesium oxide (6.00 %), brewer's yeast (4.00 %), vegetable oil from rapeseed, refined (2.00 %). (2,00 %)

  • Das zusatzfreie Protein-Müsli
  • ohne zugesetzte Mineralien & Vitamine
  • ohne Getreide & melassefrei

Mash, 15kg

Mash, 15kg
The recipe is based on tried and tested original ingredients, but has been consistently developed further. Mash stimulates appetite and digestion and is therefore also an ideal choice for horses that are difficult to feed. Senior horses benefit from the porridge-like consistency. Mash is particularly suitable as a restorative feed for horses after periods of physical and psychological stress. The plus: easy preparation with short swelling time - no cooking required!

Mash is the practical warm meal for all horses to support digestion

marstall Mash is the much-loved meal for horses in special life situations or as an alternative warm treat. Especially in cases of constipation, after worming, operations or birth, as well as during changes in weather, feed changes, during the change of coat or other stressful situations, the administration of mash is recommended and makes sense. The easily digestible mixture stimulates the appetite, the intestinal function and the metabolism and, thanks to polyunsaturated fatty acids, also ensures a beautiful shiny coat.

We have further developed the proven recipe and offer a mash that is free of sugar, molasses, essential oils and preservatives. What's more, we have deliberately avoided adding vitamins and minerals - so our marstall Mash can be combined with any feed ration and veterinary treatment. The ingredients used are all digestive: swelling mucilage from golden linseed has a positive and regenerating effect on the stomach and intestinal mucosa. Pectins from tasty apple pomace, fibre-rich bran and many other components are gentle on the digestive tract. Due to the balanced Ca:P ratio, Mash can also be used as a concentrate substitute. In this case, however, we recommend a mineral supplement such as marstall Force or the stable or pasture bars. Composition Barley flakes (50.00 %), wheat bran (15.00 %), linseed (10.00 %), linseed meal (10.00 %), apple pomace, dried (10.00 %), vegetable oil from rapeseed, raff. (2,00 %), calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, fenugreek, stevia leaves (cut & dried) Feeding recommendation Small horse/pony approx. 0.25 to 0.50 kg/day Thoroughbred approx. 0.50 to 0.75 kg/day Warmblood approx. 0.75 to 1.25 kg/day Preparation Mix marstall Mash with the same amount of hot water once to three times a week (no boiling necessary). Allow to stand for approx. 15 to20 minutes before feeding, then stir well and feed warm to the (do a heat test) Please always prepare mash fresh and, if necessary, remove feed residues from the trough for hygienic reasons from the trough for hygienic reasons.

Meadow chips, 15 kg

Meadow chips, 15 kg
Marstall meadow chips are chopped, warm air-dried and hay fibres pressed into chips. They soften quickly without waiting time. Meadow Chips are the quick alternative to meadow cobs. Wiesen-Chips have been proven to come from species-rich natural meadows in the Allgäu region. The late cut and the gentle processing ensure a high crude fibre as well as a low protein and fruit content. When soaked, the meadow chips are suitable for hiding medicines or similar. Mixed dry with concentrated feed, they extend the feeding time.

Composition Grass, high temperature dried (100.00 %) (Allgäuer Hochland Naturwiesengras, 1st growth, late in flowering, chopped and pelleted) Consisting of a variety of different herbs and grasses such as: Cocksfoot, Tall Fescue, Red Fescue, German Ryegrass, Welsh Ryegrass, Timothy, Meadow Fescue, Red Clover, White Clover, Meadow Ryegrass, Smooth Oats, Golden Oats, Annual Ryegrass, Meadow foxtail, red bunchgrass, alexandrine clover, common plantain, ribwort plantain, camomile, creeping bog-grass, meadow foamwort, quaking grass, cotton grass, cuckoo flower, crested bog-grass, bedstraw and many more. v. m.

Pro PSSM, 25 kg bag

Pro PSSM, 25 kg bag
Low in starch and sugar
- without cereals
- energy with vegetable oil
- vitamins & minerals

Special feed low in starch and sugar (not cereal muesli)
Normal cereal muesli contains - contrary to our Pro PSSM - high proportions of carbohydrates (starch), which are converted into glucose (sugar) during "metabolisation". Horses that are light-footed or are fed too much concentrated feed for the work they are required to do will suffer from over-acidification of the body cells as a result. Due to these facts, the following symptoms can occur:
- glucose intolerance and insulin resistance
- laminitis, cross-stitch, Cushing's syndrome, PSSM and
EMS
Horses suffering from the carbohydrate storage disease "PSSM" (Polysaccharide Storage Myophatia), for example, have a chronic metabolic problem, also known as sugar storage disease. This disease can be hereditary in certain breeds of horses. The horses show reluctance to move, stiffness and lack of energy. A muscle biopsy is necessary and will correctly show the degree of the disease.
In the Marstall recipe "PRO PSSM" we have reduced the freely available carbohydrates (starch/sugar) to an absolute minimum. Most of the ingredients bring vegetable oils and fats as an energy source into this concentrate. In this way we remove the "nutritional basis" of this insidious disease and actively combat its causes. Composition Alfalfa, dried sugar beet pulp, cereal straw, sunflower seeds, soya extraction meal, soya oil, linseed, sugar beet molasses, organic spelt shavings, wheat bran, mill residue mixture, magnesium oxide Feeding recommendation Feeding recommendation as sole supplementary feed in combination with marstall Force for medium work (calculation page 75 (Force))
Small horse/pony approx. 150 g per 100 kg LG/day
Thoroughbred / Warmblood approx. 400 g per 100 kg LG/day

Example ration per day for a horse with 550 kg live weight
... as supplementary feed with 50 g marstall Force to hay
without / light work approx. 1.0 to 1.8 kg
medium work approx. 2.0 to 3.0 kg

Feeding instructions
All mentioned feed quantities are to be divided into several small portions throughout the day.
Our recommendations
are based on a roughage portion (hay) of
1.5 kg per 100 kg live weight
and day.

Pro Senior, 18kg

Pro Senior, 18kg
Horses and ponies aged 26 or 27 years and older have great problems crushing coarse hay and straw. If the teeth are in very poor condition, this sometimes even becomes impossible. Such horses start chewing hay and swallowing the saliva mass and juices. The "exhausted" raw fibre is spat out in clumps. This is a natural protective mechanism of old horses that no longer manage to break down the raw fibre components to a maximum of 5-15 mm in length under their own steam. If the fibres that remain too long were swallowed, this would result in painful, if not fatal, choking or colic.
In ProSenior, the raw fibre components are broken down using extruder technology so that they can be easily chewed and "swallowed" by old horses - without the risk of colic - and are still highly digestible. With 3.6 % starch, ProSenior can be described as a low-glycaemic feed. ProSenior is pressed into 1 to 3 cm large, fibrous chips. ProSenior can be fed dry to stimulate salivation during chewing. Only for old and sometimes "lazy" horses can ProSenior be soaked 1:1 with water and given wet. This way you bring a lot of water into the circulation.
There are other reasons for giving Prosenior. Roughage rich in protein such as grass in spring or haylage can be optimally balanced with Prosenior, which is low in protein and rich in crude fibre. Hasty eaters receive ProSenior mixed with the concentrate and thus find more peace in eating the feed. The feeding time is considerably prolonged.
Composition Cereal straw, sugar beet molasses, wheat bran, alfalfa, spelt husks, wheat

Zusätzlich enthält Senior Plus erhöhte Gehalte an Spurenelementen (Kupfer, Zink, Jod, Selen).

Symphony Herb Food, 15kg

Symphony Herb Food, 15kg
The variety of aromatic herbs ensures vitality, well-being and clear airways. In addition, Sinfonie stimulates circulation and metabolism and increases athletic performance. This makes it ideal for enriching the feed of sport horses as well as for supporting seniors and horses with coughs. Sinfonie is also perfect for adding value to the feed ration

Sinfonie - Vitality thanks to herbal power

The knowledge of the power of herbs is as old as mankind. We have incorporated this knowledge into the recipe and developed marstall Sinfonie, an aromatic, oat-free herbal muesli that combines the best of the herb garden in a natural form. Essential oils vitalise the cardiovascular system and stimulate the metabolism. This increases the horse's well-being and performance. In addition, the herbs contained free the respiratory tract and have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating and diuretic properties. To protect the valuable ingredients, the bags of Sinfonie are provided with a double membrane.
Vitamin E and selenium protect the cell membranes from free radicals - highly reactive oxygen compounds that attack the cells - and are true boosters for maintaining and supporting the athletic performance of the muscles. These properties make the herbal muesli the ideal nutritional partner for sport horses, older horses or horses with coughs.

In addition to herbs, the recipe features other vitalising components such as brewer's yeast, mineral pellets, linseed and lucerne structure - all easily digestible ingredients that stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and make the coat shine.

Sinfonie's palatability can enhance any feed, whether oats or complete feed mix, and thus encourage even fussy horses to eat. One to two handfuls are already enough. Composition Barley flakes (35.00 %), maize flakes (13.50 %), wheat semolina bran (12.00 %), apple pomace, dried (8.50 %), beet molasses, dried (7.50 %), Beet molasses (7.00 %), alfalfa, high temperature dried (5.00 %), herbs (nettle, eucalyptus, coriander, fennel seed, marshmallow herb, thyme, camomile, Fenugreek, birch leaves, anise, spruce needles, ribwort herb, caraway, sage, juniper berries, garlic granules) (4.00 %), linseed (3.00 %), Calcium carbonate (1.30 %), grass, high temperature dried (0.70 %), sodium chloride (0.60 %), brewer's yeast (1.00 %), monocalcium phosphate (0.40 %), magnesium oxide (0.20 %) Feeding recommendation ... to supplement* and enhance the daily basic feed with cereals, pellets or muesli
