Marstall meadow chips are chopped, warm air-dried and hay fibres pressed into chips. They soften quickly without waiting time. Meadow Chips are the quick alternative to meadow cobs. Wiesen-Chips have been proven to come from species-rich natural meadows in the Allgäu region. The late cut and the gentle processing ensure a high crude fibre as well as a low protein and fruit content. When soaked, the meadow chips are suitable for hiding medicines or similar. Mixed dry with concentrated feed, they extend the feeding time.

Grass, high temperature dried (100.00 %) (Allgäuer Hochland Naturwiesengras, 1st growth, late in flowering, chopped and pelleted)

Consisting of a variety of different herbs and grasses such as: Cocksfoot, Tall Fescue, Red Fescue, German Ryegrass, Welsh Ryegrass, Timothy, Meadow Fescue, Red Clover, White Clover, Meadow Ryegrass, Smooth Oats, Golden Oats, Annual Ryegrass, Meadow foxtail, red bunchgrass, alexandrine clover, common plantain, ribwort plantain, camomile, creeping bog-grass, meadow foamwort, quaking grass, cotton grass, cuckoo flower, crested bog-grass, bedstraw and many more. v. m.

It all started in 1974 with Moritz Spring from Bern. The founder of Marstall Pferdefutter was an agricultural engineer and officer in the Swiss cavalry. He therefore had visions of the rapidly changing equestrian market and equestrian sport at a very early stage. Moritz Spring recognised the rapidly changing market and the need for new feedstuffs in private equestrian sport. Feed with a composition that would allow horses of different temperaments and weights, northern or southern breeds to be fed individually. He was also aware of the need to enrich these feeds with the necessary vitamins, minerals and trace elements to support good metabolic functions.
